Jr Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo

Staying at JR Sapporo Nikko Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The service was exceptional—staff went above and beyond, even carrying my luggage up to the room and neatly placing it on the shelf for easy access. I was especially impressed by the spa, which is exclusively available to guests in the morning, so it’s never crowded and feels truly relaxing. Sapporo Grand Hotel

My recent stay at Sapporo Grand Hotel was absolutely outstanding—every single aspect exceeded my expectations. Located right next to Sapporo Station, the hotel offers seamless access via underground walkways, making it incredibly convenient whether you're arriving or departing. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot—just a short stroll to major attractions and shopping areas. Inside the room, I was immediately impressed by the modern yet elegant design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the large windows flooded the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Everything you’d want is here: free Wi-Fi, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a coffee machine—perfect for that morning brew. The staff were friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful during check-in and beyond. They offered excellent local tips and recommendations, which made planning our days so much easier. Dining options on-site, including the in-house restaurant and bakery, served high-quality meals with great attention to detail. Hotel Sosei Sapporo - MGallery Collection

Staying at Hotel Sosei Sapporo - MGallery Collection truly exceeded my expectations for a Japanese hotel. The design aesthetic is sophisticated, the staff were attentive and friendly, the room size was just right, and the dining options were excellent. I initially had to split my booking across different dates due to availability issues with my preferred room type, but upon arrival, the hotel kindly upgraded me to a deluxe standard room—completely free of charge—and consolidated all my reservations seamlessly. There was a small oversight when housekeeping missed my room, but instead of a generic apology, they handed me a handwritten note along with a little sweet treat. That personal touch really showed how much they value their guests and how quickly they address any hiccups. This experience felt warm and human, not just transactional. If I ever return to Sapporo, this will be my first choice. Also, since I booked early, I noticed a significant price difference before departure—thank you to the platform for promptly processing the refund for the price difference. Truly appreciated!

Cleanliness stood out especially—every corner felt spotless. I also loved the subtle, pleasant fragrance in the hallway and the excellent natural light coming through the windows, without any street noise. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a good variety of options, and the staff were warm and cheerful throughout. It’s rare to find such a great balance of comfort, convenience, and quality. 41 Pieces Sapporo

Staying at 41 Pieces Sapporo was an absolute highlight of my trip to Sapporo! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the female team members who brought such great energy and warmth. English signage and support made communication smooth—no worries at all for non-Japanese speakers. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with lush greenery, perfect for a relaxing moment with a drink. Inside, the rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-thought-out—three of us had plenty of room without feeling cramped. I loved that we could borrow vinyl records and toys from the lobby; it added such a unique, homely touch. And the location? Just steps away from Sapporo’s subway station, making it easy to explore downtown, shopping districts, or even the nearby food scene. Honestly, I’d have stayed longer if I could’ve booked again—but the rooms book up fast! This place truly delivers on comfort, charm, and convenience. A must-visit for anyone visiting Sapporo.

Richmond Hotel Sapporo Odori

This hotel has quickly become one of my top three choices in Sapporo. Right in the heart of Odori Park, it's just steps away from the bustling Nakajima area—perfect for exploring shops, restaurants, and public transit. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious for a Japanese hotel, and offered a comfortable stay without feeling cramped. What really stood out was the lobby’s complimentary self-service station: not only did they provide essentials like toothbrushes and combs, but also face masks—such a thoughtful surprise! Breakfast included a variety of options, and the homemade sushi rice with fresh fish was outstanding. Every detail felt well thought out, from location to service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Sapporo and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Keikyu EX Hotel Sapporo

Staying here for two nights was a great experience overall. The hotel is incredibly convenient—just a 2-minute walk from the north exit of Sapporo JR Station, right at the traffic light intersection. No confusion with directions. The lobby is on the second floor via the elevator, making access smooth and straightforward. The room was clean, well-maintained, and offered enough space for comfort. Free coffee and toiletries are available at the lobby area—super handy and thoughtful. Breakfast is served on the basement level (B1), and it's nice to see variety over two days—different options each morning, so it never gets boring. If you skip the breakfast package, there’s a nearby café just steps away. One of their breakfast sets (a coffee and toast combo) costs around 600 yen, and it’s a solid value. Food quality is good, and it’s a great alternative. All in all, this hotel offers excellent location, reliable service, and a comfortable stay. I’d definitely come back if I visit Sapporo again.

To my surprise, the hotel was much cleaner than expected. While it's not located in the bustling city center, its proximity to the mountain area made it incredibly convenient for my business trip. The quiet neighborhood offers a peaceful retreat, and getting into downtown via subway is straightforward. The cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful location make this a great choice if you're visiting the northern side of Sapporo—especially for those needing access to mountain areas. Highly recommend for travelers seeking a calm, well-maintained stay with practical access.

Sakura207

We visited Sakura207 with my family during our trip to Sapporo, and it turned out to be a perfect stay. Just a 10-minute taxi ride from the city center—convenient and easy to reach. Though the location is a bit off the main tourist trail and there aren’t many reviews online, we had zero regrets. The space is spacious: three bedrooms, a large living area, and excellent comfort throughout. We slept really well—warm, cozy, and peaceful. The two bathrooms are a big plus, especially for a group. Netflix works perfectly, and there are two beds in the bedroom area, so everyone had their own space. The check-in process via video call was smooth and straightforward. What stood out most was the authentic local vibe—the quiet neighborhood gives you a real sense of everyday Japanese life. It’s such a relaxing and welcoming place that I’d definitely come back. The only minor downside? The host isn’t available 24/7, so reaching out early in the morning or late at night can be tricky. But honestly, this tiny inconvenience doesn’t take away from the overall amazing experience. Every single person in our family was happy—and that’s rare! Truly recommend this gem.

We booked a spacious room that comfortably accommodated 11 guests, and having two bathrooms made daily routines stress-free—no waiting in line to shower or use the toilet. The rooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained, with plush beds that made for a deep, restful sleep. If you're traveling by car, the nearby parking lot is a great deal—only ¥600 from 8 PM to 8 AM, which is super affordable. The location is also convenient for public transit, making it easy to explore Sapporo. Overall, this villa offers excellent value, comfort, and privacy. We’d definitely stay here again.

ANA Crowne Plaza Sapporo

We stayed in a room with four single beds, and it was surprisingly spacious—perfect for our group. The hotel's location is unbeatable: just steps from Subway Exit 21, and only a 5- to 10-minute walk to Sapporo Station. Across the street is the Higashiya Department Store, while Sapporo Station itself has two major shopping spots—Mitsukoshi and Stellar Place—ideal for some retail therapy. Just a 5-minute stroll takes you to the Sapporo TV Tower, and it’s about 10–15 minutes to reach the lively Nijo Street shopping district. Not far away, we found the famous PICANTA curry ramen place—absolutely worth a visit. We also appreciated that the hotel offers shuttle bookings to Mount Teine ski resort, making winter trips super convenient. Room cleaning was done daily, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight—great variety, fresh ingredients, and excellent quality. Overall, this stay was fantastic, and I’d definitely return.
