Our stay at this hotel was absolutely disappointing. The rooms were extremely small and, to make things worse, there was no elevator—very inconvenient for guests with luggage or mobility issues. We booked two rooms, but we were placed in completely different buildings, even on separate streets, which made it impossible to stay together as a family. Communication with the front desk was poor—the staff were rude and unhelpful. When we tried to explain our concerns, we received no proper response. To add insult to injury, we weren’t given a full refund despite the terrible conditions. There’s no way I’d recommend this place to anyone. It’s not just bad—it’s unacceptable.
