Botel Racek

We stayed at Botel Racek for three nights and couldn’t have been happier. Everything about the hotel was spot-on. The parking lot right in front of the building was convenient and free, which is always a plus. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained—comfortable beds made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with good quality and variety. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the evening meals were excellent—well-prepared and flavorful. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: the tram stop is just about 150 meters away, with frequent service into the city center. If you're over 65, rides are even free! A short walk takes you to Vysehrad Castle—a quieter, more peaceful alternative to the crowded downtown area, and definitely worth visiting. This hotel offers fantastic value, great comfort, and an ideal base for exploring Prague. I’d happily come back again.

Hotel Bohemians

Staying at Hotel Bohemians was a delightful surprise! Located right by the river, the setting is peaceful and incredibly scenic. It's just a 10-minute tram ride into the city center—perfect for exploring on foot or hopping on public transit. The route itself is beautiful, making the commute feel like part of the adventure. The hotel is spotless, with clean, well-maintained rooms (a bit compact but efficient). I especially loved the complimentary morning coffee—it was warm, fresh, and made the day start off right. The view from the window? Absolutely breathtaking, with sweeping river vistas that make every moment feel special. Great value for the price, excellent location, and a truly relaxing stay. I’d definitely come back.

Hotel Braník

This hotel is an absolute gem for the price. The room was spacious and immaculately clean—every corner felt fresh and well-maintained. I didn’t hear a single sound from neighboring rooms, which made for a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. Location-wise, it’s perfect—right next to a tram station with three lines stopping just outside, so getting into Prague’s historic center takes only about 25 minutes. It’s super convenient for exploring the city on foot or hopping on public transit. One small note: the room had a faint odor that could be improved, and the windows didn’t seal perfectly, letting in a bit of cold draft during the evening. But honestly, these are minor issues—especially when you consider how well-priced and comfortable the stay was overall. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and centrally located place to stay in Prague without breaking the bank, this is definitely a top choice.

Hotel Monica

Staying at Hotel Monica felt like stepping into a forgotten scene from The Shining—eerily isolated, with no real access unless you're driving. Climbing up the hill on foot left me out of breath and questioning my life choices. The building itself looks abandoned: faded walls, cracked plaster, and a pool that’s completely dry, filled only with rubble and dust. It's not just outdated—it feels neglected, like nobody's cared about it in years. I can't imagine this place was ever iconic, but if it was back in the 90s, it's clearly fallen far behind. No maintenance, no comfort, and absolutely no charm left. If you're looking for a cozy or well-kept stay in Prague, skip this one—it's more haunting than hospitality.

Chateau St. Havel - Wellness Hotel

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel located just outside the city center. The property is well-maintained with excellent service and a delicious breakfast. One of the standout features is the free secure parking, which is incredibly convenient for guests arriving by car. What makes it even better is the direct bike path leading straight into the city center—perfect for exploring on two wheels without needing to rely on public transport. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with top-notch amenities, makes this a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of nature right at their doorstep.

Occidental Praha

Staying at Occidental Praha was a truly enjoyable experience overall. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and welcoming. The hotel is located in a quiet yet convenient area—close to public transport and within walking distance of several attractions. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly comfortable, with a good balance between modern amenities and cozy atmosphere. What really stood out was the breakfast buffet—it’s easily the best in the neighborhood. Plenty of fresh options, great variety, and excellent quality for the price. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Prague. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and value.

We booked a triple room and were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly, professional service—always smiling, attentive, and ready to help. The hotel’s location is excellent: just a short walk from the bus stop, making it super convenient for getting around Prague. Public transport access is seamless, whether you're heading to the Old Town, Wenceslas Square, or other attractions. The room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious for three guests. With a private bathroom, air conditioning, and modern amenities, it offered great comfort without breaking the bank. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. This place feels like a hidden gem in the heart of the city. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

Staying at Hotel Michael was an absolute delight! Located just outside Prague city center, the hotel offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing. The free parking is a huge plus, especially if you're traveling by car. A short 300-meter walk leads to a tram stop, making it super easy to reach the city center in just a few stops. The staff at the front desk were incredibly professional and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was generous and well-balanced—offering a great mix of local and international options. Panorama by Verdi Hotels

Staying at Panorama by Verdi Hotels in Prague was an absolute delight. The moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home—especially Ms. Adela at the front desk, who went above and beyond to assist me and other guests with genuine kindness and patience. The room itself is spacious, cozy, and features stunning views of the city, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep after walking through the charming streets of Prague. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh options, and the spa area was a peaceful retreat. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a memorable experience. There are plenty of shops and eateries nearby—no need to go far for groceries or a good meal. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service, which made our stay truly memorable. Hotel Oáza Praha

Overall, it was a good stay. The rooms were clean and bright, which made the space feel welcoming and fresh. That said, nighttime noise was an issue—so much so that I had to go to the front desk at 3 a.m. to ask for help quieting down a noisy guest. Staff didn’t speak English, but we managed to communicate through gestures and simple words. They even accompanied me to the room, and once they spoke to the guests, things calmed down enough for me to finally get some rest. The location is a bit outside the city center, so you’ll need to take public transit or walk a little farther to reach main attractions. Still, the quiet after the disturbance and the comfortable room made up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, no-frills place with decent value, this could be a solid choice.

Hotel Ilf

I always stay at this hotel whenever I’m in Prague for work, and it never disappoints. Located just steps away from a shopping mall, dining options are plentiful—Western, Chinese, and even Asian restaurants are all within walking distance. The breakfast is surprisingly good, with a variety of fresh and tasty options that make starting the day enjoyable. Overall, the value for money is excellent, especially given the central location. The only minor downside is that the city tax receipt is only issued as a physical copy, not an electronic invoice. Still, this small inconvenience doesn’t take away from how great the experience has been on every visit. A reliable choice for business travelers seeking comfort and convenience.
