My stay at Hotel Grand Mutiara was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was faulty, with constant leaks making it unusable. There was no housekeeping service at all, no working TV in the room, and absolutely no breakfast included. For a hotel charging what they do, these are basic expectations that should be met. Unfortunately, none of them were. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, maybe it's barely acceptable, but if you want comfort, cleanliness, and proper service, this hotel falls far short. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a decent experience in Kuala Lumpur.
