We stayed at Kempinski Hotel Nanjing during New Year's holiday with our family, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The grand rainbow floral display in the lobby made a stunning first impression—very elegant and welcoming. The room was spotless, immaculately clean, and the large bathtub was perfect for relaxing after a busy day; our kids loved soaking in it! Breakfast was abundant and delicious—great variety and excellent quality. When we realized my daughter had left her watch charger behind, the hotel staff member Sally reached out proactively to arrange shipping it back to us. That kind of thoughtful service truly stands out. From start to finish, everything was seamless and exceptional. Highly recommended for families seeking comfort, style, and genuine care.

Holiday Inn Nanjing Aqua City

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Nanjing Aqua City during a family trip to Nanjing, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—right inside the Aqua City shopping complex, so we never had to step outside even when it was raining. We enjoyed dining, shopping, and catching a movie all in one place without needing to go out. Just a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of the Confucius Temple area, which made evening strolls along the Qinhuai River and exploring Old Men Dong incredibly convenient. Despite being in the bustling tourist district, the hotel did an excellent job with soundproofing. Once the windows were closed, the room was completely quiet—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. It felt like a peaceful retreat right in the middle of the city. Our family room was spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of room for both adults and kids. The bedding was comfortable—just the right firmness for a good night’s rest. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided stunning views of the city skyline, making every morning feel special. The bathroom was thoughtfully laid out with a dry/wet separation, hot water flowed strong, and all amenities were fresh and well-stocked. Everything was clean, modern, and meticulously maintained. From start to finish, the service was friendly and efficient, and the overall experience was outstanding. For families looking for comfort, convenience, and quality in a vibrant yet peaceful setting, this hotel is a top choice. I’d definitely stay here again—and highly recommend it.

Holiday Inn Nanjing Xuanwu Lake

Checked in the afternoon and was warmly welcomed by Wang Chaofan at reception—he went above and beyond to upgrade us to a lake-view room as requested. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and even featured a private balcony overlooking Xuanwu Lake. Waking up to misty morning views of the lake felt like stepping into a painting—serene, peaceful, and truly memorable. We stopped by the trendy Double Track Coffee nearby and enjoyed a cup of Moon Coffee. It was the perfect spot for a cozy moment with my partner—great vibes and great photos! The hotel’s proximity to the metro made exploring the city effortless. We walked to Old Gate East, Confucius Temple, and the Qinhuai Lantern Festival under light rain—strolling through ancient alleys felt magical and so relaxing. On our second day, after checking out, we stored our luggage and visited Chicken Bell Temple. A simple bowl of vegetarian noodles and three incense sticks brought a deep sense of calm and spiritual connection to this historic site. Before heading back home by high-speed train, we returned to the hotel to collect our bags and rested briefly at the lobby bar. The staff there were friendly and attentive—such a warm way to end our trip. Nanjing exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be back!

Nanjing Zhongshan Hotel (Jiangsu Conference Center)

My stay at Nanjing Zhongshan Hotel was absolutely fantastic — I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is perfect: just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible by public transit, with plenty of dining options and shops nearby. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I appreciated how easy it was to store my luggage and how efficient everything was. Parking was plentiful and hassle-free, which made arriving and leaving a breeze. The hotel is immaculately clean — every corner feels fresh, and the abundance of indoor plants adds a calming, natural touch. The free access to the swimming pool was a real highlight, especially on a warm day. I also visited the Licheng Museum, which is open to guests at no extra cost — a great cultural addition to the stay. The self-service laundry room is practical and well-maintained. Special shoutout to Manager Xiao Lei — she called ahead to confirm check-in details and made everything feel personal and professional. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped. Breakfast was generous, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality dishes served in a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. This place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and care — definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Nanjing.
