The hotel is nestled in a quiet villa area right by the lake, just a short walk from Ethnic Village, making it super convenient for exploring. From the moment I arrived, everything felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. What truly stood out was the service from the lovely concierge staff—she called within minutes of my booking to confirm my preferences and greeted me warmly upon arrival. She even shared personalized travel tips for exploring Kunming, complete with local restaurant recommendations. I followed her advice and had an amazing meal at Sweet Bamboo, a must-try for Yunnan cuisine. I also picked up a beautiful bracelet at the hotel gift corner—simple yet elegant, perfect for souvenirs. Breakfast was outstanding: a wide variety of fresh, delicious dishes, especially the handmade rice noodles that I still dream about. This place offers such a peaceful retreat with exceptional hospitality and value. I’ll definitely be back.

The front desk staff were exceptionally polite and professional—so welcoming and well-mannered. A quick note: the front desk is located on the 12th floor, so it’s essential to contact them in advance to confirm your entry point. They’ll send a clear access map with directions—super helpful and easy to follow. I’ve included the map in my last photo for reference. Don’t skip this step—going without confirmation could lead to confusion and wasted time. Overall, the service, location, and comfort made this stay outstanding. Definitely my top choice for future visits to Kunming.
