The building has seen better days, but its location is excellent—close to the station and perfect for visiting Dongdaemun. There was a little mishap: I accidentally broke a part of the toilet paper holder during a replacement, and I was worried about having to pay for it. Instead, a female staff member gently reassured me, 'No need to worry at all,' and her kindness brought tears to my eyes—especially with my daughter. This is exactly why this place earns such great reviews. Amenities included toothbrush, shower cap, comb, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The room was cleaned daily, and towels, bath mats, and face cloths were replaced every day—plus, the toilet flushed perfectly, which is a big plus. The only downsides? No landline in the room, so you have to walk downstairs to contact front desk. Also, the shower pressure is quite weak, making it a bit tricky to use. But overall, the experience was fantastic.
