Arriving at Hotel Aqua Palace, the first thing that caught my eye was the stunning ocean view! Pulling back the curtains revealed an open stretch of sea that truly makes this hotel stand out. 🌊 The sound of waves crashing gently at night, combined with live busking just outside, felt like a private concert right from your room—so peaceful and magical. Plus, the area is incredibly convenient: several well-known bakeries and a large supermarket are right nearby, making it super easy to grab snacks or essentials during your trip. If you're visiting Busan, this hotel is absolutely worth considering—it’s a perfect blend of comfort, location, and atmosphere. I can’t recommend it enough!

But what truly stood out was the location: waking up to panoramic views of the glittering Gwangbok Bridge lit up in vibrant colors was unforgettable. Whether sipping a drink on the balcony or just relaxing in the room, the view alone made the experience magical. It’s also super convenient for exploring Busan, with public transit right nearby. A perfect blend of comfort, service, and scenery—highly recommend for anyone visiting the city.

They kindly provided drying racks since there was no dryer in the room, but a washing machine was available—very practical for long stays. They also offered cribs for our little one, which made traveling with kids so much easier. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. This place truly offers an unforgettable experience with heartwarming hospitality and stunning surroundings. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Busan.

The price was fantastic for the quality and location—definitely one of the best value stays I’ve had in South Korea. I’d absolutely return and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Busan.

Staying at Hotel Intro in Busan was an absolutely delightful experience. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—when we asked for fried chicken, they patiently explained the different options and recommended portion sizes based on our preferences. They even assisted us with arranging a taxi to another area, which was super convenient. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with a bathroom that felt like a luxury retreat—complete with both a bathtub and a separate shower area. The only minor downside was the lack of a door at the outer edge of the bathroom; there was only a partition between the wet zone and the toilet area, and the toilet area had a slight odor in the morning. However, this didn’t detract much from the overall excellent stay. There’s a convenience store nearby for essentials, and while it’s a bit of a walk from Haeundae’s bustling area, public transport makes getting there easy. For comfort, service, and value, this hotel is definitely worth considering.
