Staying at Capri by Fraser Berlin has been a consistently great experience for me. The room is spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of comfort and functionality. I particularly appreciated the high-quality bedding—perfect for a restful night's sleep. The location is excellent: just a short subway ride to the city center, with convenient access to restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive, always ready to assist when needed. It’s clear this property values guest satisfaction. With its combination of comfort, convenience, and warm service, it’s an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be returning.
Staying here for three nights was a great experience overall. The hotel's location is unbeatable—right next to Berlin Ostbahnhof station, making it super easy to get around the city via public transit with no transfers needed. I loved how close it was to local restaurants and shopping spots—perfect for grabbing a quick bite or exploring on foot. The room was clean, modern, and well-designed with a comfortable bed that made for a restful sleep. Noise insulation was better than expected, so I wasn’t disturbed at night. Staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in onward. With its convenient access, smart design, and excellent value, I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Berlin.
Staying at Acama Hotel & Hostel Kreuzberg was an absolute delight. The bathroom was spotlessly clean—so pristine you could almost eat off the tiles—and the room itself was cozy and comfortable, making for a restful night's sleep. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, from warm pastries to fresh fruit and healthy choices, which was perfect for starting the day right. What really stood out was the 24-hour bar serving snacks and drinks—it’s incredibly convenient, especially if you’re up late or need a midnight bite. Located in the heart of Kreuzberg, it’s just steps away from local vibes and well-connected by public transit. A fantastic value with a welcoming atmosphere—definitely returning next time.
This stay was an absolute disaster—definitely not recommended. The entire property was in a shocking condition from the moment we arrived. The room was freezing cold despite having a heater, and every single faucet—including the shower and sink—produced icy water throughout our entire stay. We had to check out early because it was simply unbearable. The humidity inside the room was extreme, causing condensation to drip from the walls by the end of our visit. The bathroom was in terrible shape: some showers were broken, sinks were filthy with traces of saliva and toothpaste left by previous guests, and one was completely clogged so water wouldn’t drain at all. Trash was scattered around the room, and overall cleanliness was unacceptable. To make matters worse, even after checking out early, we were promised a refund by the platform—but never received it. We’ve now had to involve legal counsel to address the issue. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs.
I can only say that Ritz-Carlton truly lives up to its reputation—this stay was absolutely exceptional. The breakfast spread was incredible, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options from local specialties to international favorites. I honestly couldn’t eat everything, and that’s saying something! What made the trip even more memorable was my mom’s birthday—she was surprised with a thoughtful little decoration setup and a delicious birthday cake. Even better, they brought over a sweet little lion plush toy for her, which delighted her completely. The attention to detail and personalized touches showed just how much care the staff put into making guests feel special. From check-in to checkout, every moment felt luxurious and genuinely warm. This is not just a hotel—it’s an experience. I’ll definitely be back.
Traveled solo and couldn’t be happier with my stay. The pool, spa, and gym were top-notch—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring Berlin. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, from the front desk team during check-in and check-out to everyone I met throughout the hotel and spa area. Their attention to detail made a big difference. I especially loved the on-site café—it’s a quiet gem with excellent coffee and light bites, ideal for a relaxed morning or afternoon break. Despite its peaceful location, everything I needed was nearby: restaurants, shops, and attractions. Plus, public transport links are fantastic—just a short walk to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations. This place truly offers comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. Definitely coming back.
This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The location is perfect—right across from a bus stop and just steps away from a lively street food market and shopping plaza, making everything super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering that personal touch you’d expect from a luxury property. Breakfast was a highlight—offering familiar options for international travelers, including Chinese-style dishes like congee, egg tarts, and fried eggs, which made me feel right at home. But honestly, the room itself was the real surprise: spacious beyond belief with a full bathroom, walk-in closet, and even a small kitchenette. It felt more like a stylish apartment than a hotel room. The design is modern and thoughtful, blending comfort with aesthetic appeal. I’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide, but this one stands out for its combination of convenience, quality, and attention to detail. Would absolutely recommend and return without hesitation.
Stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Berlin for four nights and initially hesitated after reading some negative reviews online—almost decided to switch hotels halfway through, but glad I didn’t. The cleanliness was outstanding from day one; every room was spotless, with no trace of dust or grime, making it a truly hygienic and relaxing stay. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive—always smiling, helpful, and professional. Each room came with slippers, and daily complimentary bottled water (250ml glass bottles) was a nice touch. The underfloor heating made the rooms incredibly cozy, especially during colder evenings—no need for extra blankets. We booked two rooms: one with classic, timeless luxury decor (not as outdated as some online claims), and another recently renovated with a modern, sleek feel. Both were cleaned thoroughly each day. Room amenities included a kettle and a coffee machine—perfect for that morning brew. Towels and bath linens were fresh and clean, and all toiletries were provided except toothpaste and toothbrushes (which guests should bring). Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just a short walk to the city center, with taxis costing only €6–12. Right outside, there’s a vibrant shopping plaza with plenty of dining options, cafes, and boutiques—ideal for exploring on foot. Overall, this is exactly what you’d expect from a premium five-star hotel: excellent service, top-tier comfort, and great value. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Berlin.
Staying at the Berlin Marriott Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The room was generously sized, and being on a high floor offered breathtaking views of the city skyline—perfect for relaxing or just soaking in the atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, attentive service, making the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. The location is unbeatable—everything you’d want to see in Berlin is within walking distance: Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Sony Center, and Potsdamer Platz are all just a short stroll away. Right outside the hotel, you can even walk past a preserved section of the Berlin Wall and the historic Hotel Esplanade, a building that survived the war—a powerful reminder of history. One of the highlights? Access to top-tier amenities on the upper floors, including a well-equipped fitness center, a soothing sauna with dry steam options, and a clean, inviting swimming pool. I spent a few peaceful moments lounging by the pool after a long day exploring—pure relaxation. With such excellent service, prime location, and premium facilities, this hotel delivers exceptional value. I’ll definitely be back.
Staying at Hotel Luc was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by great cafes, shops, and attractions. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt welcomed like family. The staff went above and beyond: they helped us book museum tickets, suggested local highlights, and even adjusted plans when our schedule changed. Their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—great for relaxing after a day of exploring Berlin. Everything was spotless, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. The ambiance is quiet yet vibrant, blending sophistication with homely charm. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality paired with top-tier service and quality. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin.
Staying at Orania.Berlin was an absolute delight, especially since the hotel is home to a Michelin-starred restaurant—what a rare and memorable treat. Both the dining experience and the accommodation were exceptional, standing out as the highlight of our multi-week European journey. The suite was stunning: spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy sitting area, and an incredible shower that felt like a luxury spa retreat. The staff went above and beyond with warm, genuine hospitality. And then there was the Negroni—crafted with a special house recipe that blew me away. It might just be the best one I’ve ever had in my life. From start to finish, this stay felt truly special, effortlessly combining elegance, comfort, and unforgettable moments.
Staying at the Hilton Berlin was an excellent experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained—very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a higher room category at no extra cost, which made the value even better. However, I did notice that the water in the bathroom sink had a green tint, which was quite confusing. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they immediately arranged a room change without any hassle. The location is fantastic—right above a subway station, making it super easy to get around the city. While some major attractions are about a 20- to 30-minute walk away, the walk itself gives you a great chance to explore local neighborhoods and soak in the Berlin vibe. All in all, this is a top-tier choice for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and great service—all at a solid price point.
