Even though we couldn’t secure an additional room, she followed up promptly and made sure every step was communicated clearly. To my surprise, she upgraded my room and even left fresh fruit upon arrival. When I mentioned I’d be traveling with a child, she proactively arranged kid-friendly amenities, and the room came equipped with a mini-bar—thoughtful touches that really stood out. As a long-standing five-star property, the service level is consistently excellent. The location is unbeatable—right next to Wulin Night Market, and just a 10-minute walk to West Lake. On days when traffic restrictions made taxis hard to find, walking became the easiest option. Breakfast was generous in both variety and quality. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations.
