A few taxi drivers actually got lost on the way, but the front desk staff were incredibly helpful — they handed me a business card to share with drivers for easy navigation. That small gesture really stood out. It’s also super convenient: just a 10-minute walk to Songdo Beach and the Songdo Cable Car, perfect for exploring the area without needing a car. What truly impressed me was the level of service — from the moment I arrived, staff were warm, attentive, and proactive. They carried my luggage, walked me to the room, opened and closed the car door, and kept checking if I needed anything. They even helped me book a ride. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — the bed was just right, and I slept like a baby.
