When our child woke up early due to jet lag, the hotel kindly adjusted our 11:30 pickup to 9:00 without hesitation. Our driver was professional, courteous, and even asked if we needed bottled water—small touches that made a big difference. The late-night porridge with side dishes was such a comforting highlight after a long day on the go; it truly felt like coming home. Breakfast was a real treat—varied options each morning, no repeats in two days, and even my picky-eating foreign husband couldn’t stop praising it (he insisted I include this in the review!). The dining staff were friendly and proactive, helping us order hot meals and guiding us through the menu. Even the housekeeping team left a lasting impression—so kind and considerate when clearing tables. Located near shopping areas and easy to reach via public transport, this place offers excellent value. I’ll definitely be back.
