The turndown service was impeccable—the slippers, water bottles, and bedside tray were neatly arranged every night. As someone with a strong preference for cleanliness, I appreciate how the staff even provided perfectly pressed, fresh cloths to place under my jewelry and cosmetics—such a small but incredibly meaningful gesture. Best of all, the hotel overlooks the Han River—waking up to that view and taking a morning jog in the adjacent park was one of the highlights. Though some facilities feel a bit dated, the overall experience was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and offered complimentary luggage storage, which came in handy. Room service was attentive and thoughtful. Despite minor wear, the location, comfort, and hospitality make this hotel a great value—definitely a place I’d return to.

This is our second stay at this lovely hotel, and we’re even more impressed this time around. We were in room 1222 on the 12th floor—quiet, well-lit, and with a great view. The shower curtain was a bit worn on day one, but by the next morning it had already been replaced without us even having to ask—really impressive attention to detail. One small downside: there were no charging ports or outlets near the bed, which made plugging in devices a bit of a hassle. However, after we mentioned it during our last night, they promptly added a multi-outlet adapter near the bedside table. It wasn’t perfect—still not ideal for charging while lying in bed—but definitely a welcome upgrade. Overall, the staff’s responsiveness and hospitality made a big difference. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the subway, and everything from shopping to sightseeing is super accessible. A truly enjoyable experience, and we’ll definitely be back.

Honestly, that didn’t make much sense since I specifically requested a king bed. When I asked the staff, they mentioned the king rooms were fully booked. It’s a bit disappointing, especially when you’re relying on booking accuracy. Still, I only stayed one night, so I just went with it. If you're looking for something basic and budget-friendly with great access to transportation, this place works—just don’t expect modern comfort.
