My stay at Uniqstay in Busan was absolutely fantastic—every single aspect exceeded my expectations. The staff, especially the owner, were incredibly friendly and helpful, with excellent English skills and a basic understanding of Chinese, making communication seamless. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—just steps from the back entrance of Lotte World, surrounded by countless dining options, including 24-hour shops so you never have to worry about hunger. Staying for three nights or more included a complimentary breakfast featuring fresh, homemade sandwiches, yogurt, and fruit—all delicious and well-prepared. The building is quiet at night, perfect for a restful sleep without any noise disturbance. There's a water dispenser in the lobby with plenty of bottled water available for guests, which is such a thoughtful touch. On the basement level, there’s a dedicated space for ordering takeout, complete with utensils and a self-cleaning policy—clean, practical, and convenient. Daily housekeeping ensures fresh towels and clean water bottles are always provided. They also offered to help arrange food delivery (cash-only) and even called a taxi to the airport—super helpful! Everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. This place offers incredible value and service. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Busan. Will definitely be coming back!

Located just a 7-8 minute walk from Seomyeon Station, it’s super convenient—especially if you’re relying on the subway. The entrance isn’t very obvious, but with accurate GPS, you’ll spot it easily: there’s a street food cart selling tteokbokki right outside, and the building has an elevator that takes you straight up to the 7th floor. No need to carry heavy luggage upstairs—huge plus! Check-in details are sent via email on arrival day, including the room password and access code—simple and hassle-free. I stayed on the ground floor, which was lucky since my bags were pretty heavy. That said, the wooden door can make the room feel a bit stuffy when fully closed. Two minor drawbacks: the room scent is quite strong (felt a bit dizzy after a while), and the toilet occasionally has a faint odor—but nothing serious. Breakfast is self-service: bread, jam, cereal on the counter, and milk and juice in the fridge. There’s also a water dispenser that offers both ice and hot water, perfect for tea or coffee. Most guests are international travelers, so if you're comfortable speaking English, you’ll get more out of the vibe here. The front desk is located on the 17th floor, and while only the 1st and 17th floors don’t require access cards, all other floors are secured with card entry, which adds a nice layer of safety. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. On-site, you’ll find a GS25 convenience store and a Starbucks, plus the lively Budaek Market just steps away. It’s also close to Seomyeon, making dining and shopping super easy. Housekeeping came daily, and everything was spotless—the bathroom had a great hairdryer, and they even provided shampoo and body wash, so no need to pack extras. My only personal note: the room has carpeted flooring, which I’m not a fan of, but that’s just a matter of preference. Otherwise, the space felt spacious, well-lit, and included a full-length mirror—a nice touch for travelers. Overall, this is a top-tier choice for a comfortable, safe, and well-located stay in Busan.
