This charming hotel sits right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the Li River—our room had an unbeatable riverside view, perfect for morning jogs along the bank. The entire property was beautifully decorated with a festive Christmas vibe that added such warmth to our stay. The room itself was spotless and immaculately clean—hygiene was never a concern. When I went to use the self-service laundry the next day, it was already full. Instead of waiting, the staff member kindly offered me a spot and even took care of the laundry for me. When it was done, my clothes were returned neatly folded and packed—such a thoughtful touch! The service was incredibly prompt and genuinely welcoming. As a food lover, I was thrilled by the dining options: breakfast featured fresh, crisp ice lettuce—my absolute favorite. Lunch and dinner offered creative, locally inspired dishes with excellent flavor and presentation. Every meal felt special. This hotel exceeded all expectations—highly recommend for anyone visiting Guilin.
