The value for money is absolutely outstanding! The hostess was incredibly friendly and upgraded our room at no extra cost—what a delightful surprise! The room itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Our concierge was attentive and warm, always ready to help with anything from local recommendations to check-in assistance. It felt more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel—personalized and welcoming. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. I’d highly recommend this stay and have already saved it for my next trip!

I completely forgot to take photos, but this stay at Najia Hotel (Fenghuang Road) was absolutely memorable. The front desk staff are all male—something I’ve never experienced before—and their service was outstanding from start to finish. Getting into the city cost just 14 RMB via Gaode Maps, and it’s only a short walk to the high-speed train station. Even the airport is super close—ideal for early flights or last-minute travel plans. Compared to other nearby options, the value-for-money here is unbeatable. As for downsides? Well, that’s something you’ll have to discover on your own next time! 😄 Definitely planning to come back again soon.

The resort’s layout is perfect for a relaxing getaway: the water park was an absolute hit with the kids, who spent the entire afternoon splashing around without wanting to leave. The shopping street has great discounts across many brands, and everything you need—from dining to amenities—is conveniently available on-site. Our room featured a private bathtub and balcony, offering both comfort and privacy. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with something for everyone. Located in a prime spot, it's easy to explore nearby attractions by public transit or car. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality—the whole experience felt like being welcomed into a second home. From start to finish, every detail was taken care of, making it ideal for families. Service was outstanding, especially from Cici—she went above and beyond with her warm, attentive approach, making our stay feel personal and seamless. The resort’s Thai-inspired design is beautiful and immersive, featuring a refreshing pool, a well-equipped gym, a kids’ sand play zone, and nightly cultural performances that added magic to the evenings. Getting around was easy—taxis were always available, and the on-site food street, Niji Night Market, buzzed with energy, offering everything from local snacks to fresh fruit. Dining options across the property were impressive: the Thai restaurant delivered great value at about $100 per person, while other eateries were affordable and satisfying. For entertainment, there’s a cinema, a quiet bookstore, and rotating art exhibitions—perfect for all ages. Extra touches like a convenience store, pharmacy, and complimentary stroller rentals made life super convenient. After a full day of exploring, we stopped by Tuicui for afternoon tea—delicate pastries with elegant designs and delicious flavors that made the perfect pick-me-up. And kudos to Wang Jingjing at reception—her kindness, patience, and helpfulness truly stood out. This place feels grand yet welcoming. I’ll definitely be back.

This was hands down the best stay during our trip to Sanya! We came here with the family for a few days of relaxation, and from the moment we arrived at the Sanya Bay Mangrove Tree Resort World, everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed. The resort’s lush surroundings are stunning—just stepping onto the balcony gives you an unbeatable view of the sea and sky. Right below the hotel, there's a swimming pool and a lively shopping street where you can easily grab snacks, shop, or just stroll around. You’ll find a Starbucks, a food court, a KFC, and even a 24-hour Lawson convenience store—all within walking distance. Kids had a blast at the Amazon Water Park, and if they wanted something calmer, the Adventure Kingdom kept them entertained too. Every corner of the resort is Instagram-worthy—perfect for photos! Special shoutout to our concierge, Cindy, who went above and beyond. She arranged our room with care, anticipated our needs, and made the entire experience feel personal and seamless. The buffet breakfast was also excellent—fresh, varied, and delicious. This resort truly feels like a paradise getaway. If we ever come back to Sanya, this will be our first choice again.

The atmosphere here is incredibly photogenic—perfect for capturing beautiful moments, especially with the expansive lawn that’s ideal for photos. Outdoor amenities are well-rounded and great for families or those looking to unwind. Dining is super convenient since there’s a café, bakery, convenience store, and even a small food hall right on the ground floor. There’s also a paid kids’ activity center that keeps younger ones entertained for hours. It’s an ideal spot for a 2-3 day getaway to relax and recharge. The room itself is compact and lacks a bathtub, which is a small disappointment. Also, it’s a bit secluded—most activities are within the property—but that’s part of its charm. What truly stands out is the staff: the front desk team and other personnel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile. Their warm hospitality made all the difference. If I ever come back to Sanya just to chill by the beach, I’d definitely consider staying here again.
