The staff were attentive and friendly, and the rooftop bar offers stunning city views at sunset. Despite the slight disappointment with the room upgrade, I’d still highly recommend this hotel for its charm, comfort, and unbeatable location.

While I opted for the platform's airport transfer service on my return trip, the location still makes everything so much easier. One of the highlights? The trendy little restaurant Tetop right downstairs—absolutely delicious, consistently good, and perfect for a quick bite without having to leave the building. The room was spotless, with excellent cleanliness throughout, fresh linens, and a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. Everything about this stay felt seamless: location, food, hygiene, and service. I’d definitely book here again next time I’m in Auckland—and I’ll be recommending it to friends.
