As a long-standing five-star hotel in the heart of Nanjing, its location is unbeatable—right next to Xinxijie Station, just a 5-minute walk away. The area is bustling with shopping malls, restaurants, and entertainment options, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Even though the hotel has some history, the facilities are well-maintained and the overall atmosphere feels clean and elegant. My room was spotless, no strange odors, and the soundproofing worked great—perfect for a good night’s sleep. But what really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff at the front desk were incredibly attentive, anticipating needs before I even asked. On my birthday, they surprised me with a little cake delivered to my room—such a thoughtful touch! Staying at Lakeview Xuanwu Hotel was an absolute delight! The front desk staff, Xiao Pan, was incredibly warm and professional—check-in was quick and seamless, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, bright, and perfectly climate-controlled—just right without needing to turn on the AC. The bathroom was immaculate, with zero unpleasant odors, and the smart toilet was a real game-changer—comfortable and modern. Hot water came out instantly, so my shower was pure bliss. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: the hotel is literally steps away from Exit 1 of Line 1, and getting around the city by bus or metro is super convenient. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place offers comfort, convenience, and excellent value—all in one. I’ll definitely be back!
