That small gesture really stood out. It’s also super convenient: just a 10-minute walk to Songdo Beach and the Songdo Cable Car, perfect for exploring the area without needing a car. What truly impressed me was the level of service — from the moment I arrived, staff were warm, attentive, and proactive. They carried my luggage, walked me to the room, opened and closed the car door, and kept checking if I needed anything. They even helped me book a ride. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — the bed was just right, and I slept like a baby. We stayed in a triple room and were thoroughly impressed with the overall comfort and spaciousness—especially the bathroom, which was generously sized and very practical. On one occasion, our food delivery didn’t arrive, but the front desk staff handled it with great patience and professionalism. They immediately helped us contact the delivery service, resolved the issue, and even explained that since our hotel shares the same address as a nearby apartment complex, delivery mix-ups happen occasionally. They advised us to be extra clear when placing orders in the future. The only minor downside was that the room only had two chairs, so one person couldn’t sit comfortably during meals. But considering the excellent location, clean rooms, and friendly service, this was a small trade-off. We’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

Plus, the location is ideal—everything we needed, from nearby attractions and subway stations to convenience stores and ATMs, was just a short walk away.
