Special thanks to Xiao Li at reception—she was incredibly attentive, answering every question with patience and kindness. When our child woke up early due to jet lag, the hotel kindly adjusted our 11:30 pickup to 9:00 without hesitation. Our driver was professional, courteous, and even asked if we needed bottled water—small touches that made a big difference. The late-night porridge with side dishes was such a comforting highlight after a long day on the go; it truly felt like coming home. Breakfast was a real treat—varied options each morning, no repeats in two days, and even my picky-eating foreign husband couldn’t stop praising it (he insisted I include this in the review!). The dining staff were friendly and proactive, helping us order hot meals and guiding us through the menu. Even the housekeeping team left a lasting impression—so kind and considerate when clearing tables. Perfect for a family getaway! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed that made for a great night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded us to a garden-view room—so much more peaceful and scenic. What really made our stay special was celebrating our anniversary; the front desk team went above and beyond by arranging a lovely decoration in the room and even surprised us with a sweet birthday cake. It felt so personal and thoughtful. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the attention to detail truly stood out. This place isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. Atour Hotel (Shenzhen Luohu Diwang)

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was brand new, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—everything felt modern and comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure and consistent temperature—no more sudden cold or hot shocks! The bed was heavenly with a zero-pressure mattress and perfectly supportive pillows; I slept so well I didn’t want to get up all morning. Breakfast and late-night snacks were included—super convenient. There’s a KFC right downstairs, and major shopping spots like MixC, Shenzhen-Hong Kong Metropolis, Beimen Old Street, and KK Mall are just a short walk away—perfect for exploring without needing transport. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive. I accidentally left behind a hair clip, and one of the team even called me long-distance to make sure I hadn’t forgotten it—such a thoughtful gesture! For the price, this hotel offers incredible value. I’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved my stay at Atour X Hotel Shenzhen Luohu Dongmen! The cleanliness was spotless, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, and the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Dongmen Pedestrian Street, perfect for shopping and local eats. The room had excellent soundproofing, so no noise from the street disturbed my rest at all—felt truly peaceful and secure.
