Staying at the Home Inn Cloud Season Hotel was a fantastic experience! The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Its location is incredibly convenient—right next to several local eateries, including a little shop called Afai Fa Bian Shi, which serves delicious handmade rice noodles that I actually ended up going back to twice. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The shift supervisor and the daytime front desk staff were both warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive—always ready to help with any request, no matter how small. They made me feel welcome and well taken care of. For business trips to Xiamen in the future, I’d absolutely choose this hotel again. Great value, great vibe, and excellent hospitality.

She truly anticipated every need before I even asked—from helping plan our itinerary before arrival to securing restaurant reservations and local tips during our stay. Her warmth and professionalism made all the difference. And then there’s the dining experience at “Xian Cheng” on the 6th floor, recently awarded a Michelin Star. The Cantonese-Fujian fusion cuisine is exquisite: the Buddha’s Delight (Fo Tiao Qiang) is rich and aromatic, the satay black tiger prawns burst with flavor, and the ginger duck is simply unforgettable. Every meal felt like a celebration. In short, this place nails every aspect—location, facilities, service, and food. It’s not just about a good night’s sleep; it’s about being treated like family while experiencing true luxury. If I ever return to Xiamen, this will be my go-to choice—without hesitation.

Sheraton Xiamen Hotel

Our New Year’s trip with my mom and grandmother was absolutely perfect. Since we were traveling with an 83-year-old, convenience and comfort were top priorities—especially easy access to public transit and rooms with two queen beds. After checking several options, the Sheraton Xiamen on Jiahua Road stood out as the ideal choice. It’s just a short walk from two metro stations, and there are bus stops nearby for easy access to various destinations. SM City Plaza is within walking distance—great for dining and shopping. Special thanks to Jerry for upgrading us to a quieter room at the end of the corridor; it was peaceful and noise-free, which made for excellent rest, especially for our elderly family members. Our booking included breakfast for two, but Jerry kindly arranged an extra breakfast for my grandmother—delicious and well-balanced, with authentic local flavors that changed slightly each day. The bathroom design was exceptional: spacious, functional, and completely leak-proof—a rare find! My mom and I were both truly impressed. This stay exceeded expectations in every way.

Peony Harbor City Hotel

The hotel's location is perfect—just a short walk from Wuyuan Bay Wetland Park, and easily accessible by metro. The room design is cozy and inviting, instantly putting you at ease the moment you step in. The bed was absolutely the highlight of our stay—the mattress offered excellent support, and the pillows were just right for a restful night’s sleep. No back pain or restless tossing around. The bathroom was spotless, with strong water pressure and consistent hot water supply. High-quality toiletries added a nice touch, making the experience feel luxurious. And let’s not forget the floor-to-ceiling windows—they flood the room with natural light during the day and offer stunning views of the city lights at night. It truly elevated the whole stay. A great choice for both comfort and convenience.

Wanjia International Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at Wanjia International Hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—upon check-in, they upgraded me to a larger room without any extra charge. They also included a generous breakfast with both Western and local options, which was delicious and well-prepared. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and modern facilities. Free parking is a big plus for travelers driving in. Plus, the location is perfect—just steps from Cai Tang Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city. There are plenty of great dining options nearby, so you won’t go hungry. With its excellent service, convenience, and value, this hotel is definitely my top pick for future visits to Xiamen.
