I arrived early and was able to drop off my luggage at 12 PM, even though check-in wasn’t until 3 PM—free baggage storage is a great perk. For early check-in, there’s an extra fee of around 500 MXN (~$25 USD), so worth noting if you’re planning ahead. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay. My only minor concern was the bathroom floor—it’s glass tile without anti-slip coating, so walking barefoot can be risky.
