It wasn’t until I reached the station that I realized it was gone, and panic set in. That little keychain held more than just keys—it carried irreplaceable memories. I decided to reach out to the hotel, hoping for any help. To my surprise, Xiao Zhu answered right away, speaking with such calm kindness: "Don’t worry, we’ve kept it safe for you. Would you prefer to come back to pick it up, or should we send it via express delivery?" When she learned I’d already left the city, she immediately offered to ship it free of charge—using SF Express—and even took extra care to wrap it securely in bubble wrap to protect the photo. The next afternoon, the package arrived.
