But as soon as we stepped through the hotel’s revolving doors, everything changed. The subtle ambient scent in the lobby instantly refreshed me, even after feeling slightly queasy from the trip. The doorman’s warm welcome and the front desk staff’s attentive service made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious with excellent heating, and both the living and bedroom TVs supported screen mirroring. The capsule coffee was rich and delicious, perfect for a relaxing evening. After soaking in the bathtub while watching TV, I headed up to the 5th floor gym—clean facilities, a well-maintained pool, and even a massage tub in the changing area. The hotel is walking distance to Yonghui Supermarket and Kaidi Plaza, making shopping incredibly convenient. Best of all? Food delivery arrives via robot—so futuristic and efficient! The front desk team went above and beyond by gifting our elderly parents a pair of herbal massage mallets, which they loved so much they asked for another the next day. When one of our parents wasn’t feeling well, the team kindly allowed us to take breakfast back to the room—such thoughtful flexibility. Housekeeping staff always smiled and said hello, making us feel truly at home. The pool is exceptional—crystal-clear water with perfect temperature, far better than many other hotels we’ve stayed in. It’s definitely a must-visit spot. The fitness center is top-notch, equipped with modern machines, plus there’s a sauna, table tennis, and even snooker—a fantastic bonus for relaxation and fun. We traveled with our parents in their 80s, and the staff were incredibly attentive and considerate throughout. The option to request an extra bed made the space even more comfortable for family travel. Our room was spacious and fully equipped with kitchenware and a washing machine—perfect for longer stays. We’ve stayed here before and this visit only confirmed why we keep coming back. Its location near Sajin Bridge Metro Station made getting around the city incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the station. I especially loved the outdoor breakfast setup; it had a relaxed vibe with fresh, delicious food—my highlight was the hot congee and freshly baked bread, which tasted fantastic. That said, I did have two small suggestions: the ¥100 deposit for the umbrella seems a bit high for such a small item, and it might be worth reconsidering. Also, no one at the front desk asked if I was driving, which is something I’d expect from a higher-end hotel—proactively offering parking information or assistance would make the stay even more seamless. These are minor points, but with a perfect 10/10 rating, this hotel is already very close to excellence. Just a few thoughtful touches could make it truly outstanding.
