The TV didn’t work at all—when I asked him to help, he told me to contact the building’s technician. The technician arrived and explained that all the cables were visibly deteriorated and needed replacing. Franco promised to fix it that same afternoon, but never showed up, and nothing was resolved. The mattress felt like it belonged in a museum—it was ancient, filthy, and utterly uncomfortable. We found insects everywhere. To make matters worse, the view was practically nonexistent. After one night, we gave up and checked out to find a better place. This afternoon, I’m heading to the tourism police to report the basic violations of our rights—like having a clean bed with proper linens and a working TV. Stay away from this property—it’s not worth it.
