Elva, who greeted us, was incredibly warm and considerate—when I ran into her in the lobby one evening, she even offered a refreshing honey water to help with a hangover! She also recommended the afternoon tea service featuring homemade pastries, fresh fruit platters, and beverages—such a delightful touch. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Yellow Crane Tower and Yangtze River Bridge, perfect for sightseeing without wasting time on transit. My only small suggestion would be adding EV charging stations. Overall, this is a top-tier stay with excellent value. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Wuhan!

The hotel's location is excellent—super convenient for getting around Wuhan, with easy access to public transit and nearby attractions. The overall environment is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We’ve stayed here multiple times during our visits to the city, and it’s always been our top choice. What really stands out is the exceptional service. From check-in, staff member Xiao Wu greeted us warmly with a smile, provided clear and thoughtful guidance, and made us feel immediately welcome. Our stay was extended from 5 to 6 nights, and Manager Du went above and beyond with her friendly, attentive approach. The housekeeping team also deserves a mention—they’re thorough, respectful, and consistently keep rooms spotless. It’s clear this hotel values guest satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Wuhan.

We were able to reach most places within 30 minutes, and walking to Shanhaiguan Road took just a few minutes—ideal for grabbing a delicious breakfast in the morning. The hotel is quiet and impeccably clean, with housekeeping team doing a thorough job every day, leaving no corner untouched. Special thanks to Zhu Qian—the attention to detail was outstanding. She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they not only secured a quiet room for us but also upgraded our stay without hesitation. A heartfelt thank you to Xiao Xu and Xiao Zhou for their kindness, professionalism, and constant support throughout our visit. But what truly blew me away was the service and overall comfort. The bed was incredibly soft yet supportive, perfectly hugging my body—after a long day of traveling, I woke up completely refreshed. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-maintained, with easy access to nearby attractions like Wuhan International Plaza and Tongji Hospital via public transit. I also loved the complimentary coffee voucher—great quality, just right for a morning pick-me-up. And the breakfast spread? Amazingly diverse, with authentic Wuhan street food options that made it feel like I was truly experiencing local culture. Kids devoured everything. Honestly, the level of care and attention here is beyond what you’d expect at this price point. If I ever return to Wuhan, this will be my first choice without hesitation.
