IMMERSING Hotel (Beijing Qianmen Dashilan Hotel)

Staying at IMMERSING Hotel in Qianmen Dashilan was one of the best decisions I made during my trip to Beijing. The room details truly stood out—smart assistant, built-in projector, blackout curtains, and super soft bedding made for a cozy, relaxing stay. Noise insulation was far better than expected, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the bustling city. Just a 5-minute walk down to De Yun Society for a live xiangsheng show, and all the iconic local spots like Quanjude and Neiliansheng are within easy reach. A short ride gets you to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City—perfect location, no complaints. The staff went above and beyond: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They even shared some hidden gem recommendations nearby. Breakfast on the ground floor is surprisingly affordable and delicious—freshly made buns, crispy fried youtiao, and an authentic Beijing-style zhajiangmian that hits the spot. Whether traveling solo, with a partner, or as a family, this hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and charm. I’ll definitely be coming back here next time I visit Beijing.

Blossom House·HouHai Beijing

Staying at Blossom House·Hou Hai Beijing in Yangfang Hutong was such a delightful experience. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Houhai Lake and the Drum Tower, making it perfect for exploring Beijing’s historic heart. The hotel’s interior design stands out with its creative use of irregular shapes, which might not be everyone’s taste, but I appreciated the unique character. What truly impressed me was the comfort of the bed—excellent mattress and high-quality linens made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast offered both set menus and à la carte options, so there was something for everyone, and nothing went to waste. The staff—Liu Linlin, Xiao Xi, and Xiao Zheng—were incredibly warm and attentive. They helped with luggage, offered free yogurt and fresh fruit, and always had a smile. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into a home. This place has a special charm, and I’ll definitely return.

The PuXuan Hotel and Spa

Staying at The PuXuan Hotel and Spa in Beijing was a delightful experience overall. The room size was just right—not too cramped, not overly spacious—and being just steps from the metro made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The twin beds were slightly smaller than expected, but the mattress was so comfortable that I slept like a baby. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the eggs—perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and soft center. However, the wonton soup could use more depth in flavor. Adding some rice noodles or vermicelli dishes, maybe even a spicy beef noodle option, would be a great addition to the menu. Despite minor room for improvement, the hospitality, location, and value for money made this stay truly memorable. I’d definitely come back here on my next trip to Beijing!

Pan Pacific Beijing

I was thrilled to book a Comfort Room again—so happy! While the hotel isn’t brand new and some facilities show their age, everything is well-maintained and functional. Cleanliness stands out—every corner is spotless, which made me feel completely at ease. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: right in the heart of Xidan, with shopping, dining, and subway access just steps away. During the holiday season, the hotel was beautifully decorated with festive vibes—warm, cheerful, and full of spirit. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even accommodated my late checkout without any hassle. This is hands down my go-to choice for business trips. Convenient, reliable, and consistently great service. I’ll definitely be back.

Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel - Marriott International

Staying at the Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel was an absolute highlight of our trip. Located right in the heart of Beijing, it’s incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Wangfujing shopping street and major attractions like the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and featured all the amenities we needed. The view of the Forbidden City and Jingshan Mountain was simply unforgettable. We especially loved the New Year’s Eve atmosphere in the lobby—warm, festive, and beautifully decorated. The Executive Lounge perks were top-notch: great happy hour dinner, delicious breakfast, and a cozy space to unwind. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout—special thanks to Cecilia at check-in and Peter at checkout for their exceptional service. We’ve made this hotel our go-to spot for annual New Year gatherings with friends, and it never disappoints. One small suggestion: the bathroom toilet on the executive floor isn’t smart, so no heated seat or bidet function—this could be improved, especially during colder months. Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. Still, these minor points don’t take away from the overall excellent experience. This place truly delivers luxury, comfort, and hospitality—highly recommended!
