We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and the hotel surprised us with a delicious cake and a beautifully presented fruit platter. The attention to detail made the moment even more special. We booked the Riverview Executive Suite, and it lived up to every expectation — spacious, elegant, and offering breathtaking views of the Huangpu River, especially at night. Every staff member we met was incredibly attentive, polite, and genuinely warm, making us feel like VIP guests throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and thoughtful. We’ve already planned our next trip to Shanghai just to enjoy the autumn foliage — the ginkgo and red leaves are calling!
