The hotel’s interior design embraces a traditional Chinese aesthetic with elegant details throughout, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Located right in the heart of Binjiang District, it's incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers—just a short walk to shopping centers and public transit options. The buffet breakfast was impressive: wide variety, fresh ingredients, and well-prepared dishes from both local and international cuisines. Staff were friendly and attentive, making every interaction pleasant. The only minor issue was inconsistent hot and cold water pressure, possibly due to the building’s height, but it didn’t significantly impact the stay. All in all, this is a top-tier hotel with excellent value, and I’d definitely return.

Arriving around 8–9 PM, the front desk staff were warm and welcoming, even upgrading my room despite its compact size. The space was spotless and incredibly quiet—ideal for a restful night. When I returned in the evening, around 6 PM, I needed to re-register my car details to leave, and staff members Xiao Luo and Xiao Jia handled everything quickly and efficiently. They also offered me a warm drink, which was such a thoughtful touch. This is definitely one of my top choices whenever I visit Lingyin. The location is unbeatable, service is consistently excellent, and the attention to detail makes all the difference. I’ll be back again soon.

During New Year’s holiday, when ride-sharing and buses were restricted near the scenic area, the hotel arranged a shuttle to drop us off right at the entrance, which was incredibly convenient. Everything was seamless and well-organized. This place isn’t just comfortable — it’s truly special. A perfect blend of tranquility, luxury, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning.
Sunday Sunny Resort
This was hands down the best booking of our trip—booked early before prices went up, and the value for money was outstanding. Nestled on San Tai Mountain, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat with fresh air and stunning natural surroundings. The nearest bus stop is at Yu Qian Temple, but we actually preferred walking to Wugui Tan to try the rowboat ride—unfortunately, it was canceled due to weather, but we made up for it by taking a scenic water bus from Guo Zhuang Pier to Hua Gang Guan Yu. The views along the way were absolutely beautiful. After exploring Hua Gang Guan Yu, we returned via the Xiao Lian Qing Feng line from Su Di Pier, which dropped us right at Yu Qian Temple Station—perfect for heading back to the hotel. One small downside: limited food delivery options nearby, but overall, the experience was flawless. This place truly delivers comfort, convenience, and charm.
Zhiyi Shangpin Hotel (Hangzhou Qianjiang New City)
This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Located on the 26th floor of Qianjiang Times Plaza, it's incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and downtown attractions. Upon check-in, the front desk staff was so welcoming they upgraded me to a Premium Deluxe King room at no extra cost—huge space, very comfortable, and the best part? It comes with a washer and dryer right in the room. Even better, the complimentary toiletries include laundry detergent—such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast is served at a restaurant in the underground food plaza, where you get vouchers to pick your own dishes. There’s a wide variety of options, and everything is delicious. You can enjoy a full meal for under $20—truly great value. I’ll definitely be back!

Any minor issues we had were addressed immediately and professionally, which truly made us feel valued. The hotel’s location is fantastic—just steps away from major attractions and local eateries, and public transport is super convenient. While some facilities show their age, the cleanliness and overall condition are excellent, and nothing detracted from the comfort of our stay. With such a great balance of value, service, and convenience, this hotel offers outstanding quality for the price. I’d definitely book here again on my next trip to Hangzhou.
