Also, only two bottles of water provided in the room are a bit minimal; while you can request more or grab some from the lounge, having them delivered directly would be more convenient. The service from our host Xuanxuan was exceptional—warm, attentive, and proactive. She called us the day before check-in to confirm our arrival time, and when we arrived, everything was already prepared. The room itself is beautifully designed with a modern minimalist style—spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We loved how convenient the location is: just a 3-minute walk from the metro station, and the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, so dining and shopping could be done without stepping outside. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful service. Xuanxuan truly made our stay memorable. I’ll definitely be back and will request her for my next visit.
