The hotel’s location near the Meijiang Exhibition Center is incredibly convenient, with easy access by metro and plenty of nearby amenities. What impressed me most was how they maintained their reasonable rates even during peak seasons, unlike many others that hike prices. For me, that’s one of the core reasons I trust this brand: premium service without the premium price tag. We recently stayed at this MEHOOD LESTIE location in Xiqing while our new home was under renovation, and honestly, the experience exceeded expectations. The owner clearly has a refined taste—every detail in the design feels intentional and high-end. From the moment you step into the lobby, there’s a striking Buddha statue that sets the tone, and I noticed fresh floral arrangements added the next day—such thoughtful touches. The elevator floor features what looks like a Versace-inspired motif, adding a unique flair. The front desk is located on the 23rd floor, with a reception counter crafted from Pandora marble—a real statement of luxury. There's also a flowing tea bar and several well-designed lounging areas with high-quality furniture. While everything is beautifully done, the sheer number of elegant elements together can feel slightly overwhelming—maybe a bit of minimalism could enhance the space even more (just a tiny suggestion 🤏). We were upgraded from a king room to a twin-bed configuration, which actually worked better for us—the layout felt more spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff went out of their way to help pick the best-facing room. The bed was wonderfully soft yet supportive, and the shower delivered consistent water pressure with excellent hot water. For the price point, the level of comfort and amenities here is outstanding. This place is definitely worth recommending to friends and family. Would absolutely stay again.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in onward, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. The room itself was spacious, bright, and immaculately clean—exactly what you want after a long day. I especially appreciated the in-room laundry facilities; the washing machine and dryer worked perfectly, and they even provided a variety of detergents, which made doing laundry super convenient without needing to bring anything extra. I used the work area during my stay, and it’s well-equipped with plenty of charging outlets and complimentary tea and coffee—ideal for working remotely or just relaxing with a good drink. The fitness corner has a decent selection including a treadmill and stationary bike, perfect for staying active during a trip. Greentree Inn (Tianjin Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center)

I've stayed at several GreenTree Inn locations across China, and this one near the Tianjin Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center didn't disappoint. The room was spotless and well-maintained—cleanliness is always a top priority for me, and it definitely delivered. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: a simple but satisfying set for one person, with good quality and variety. It's perfect for guests needing a quick morning boost before heading to meetings or events. The only minor drawback? I couldn’t request an e-invoice, which is a bit frustrating in today’s digital world, especially for business travelers who prefer paperless records. Hopefully, this can be updated soon. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value, great location (just a short walk from the convention center), and reliable service. Definitely recommend it for both business trips and short stays in Tianjin.

Pan Pacific Tianjin

This was our first trip to Tianjin with two young kids, and staying at Pan Pacific Tianjin exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly—our children received a cute New Year gift charm at the entrance. The room upgrade to executive level was a delightful surprise, offering plenty of space and comfort for our family. On day one, we were just settling in, but by day two, we truly appreciated how well-located this hotel is. Walking along the Haihe River was effortless—just a short stroll to the iconic Tianjin Eye, with scenic views the whole way. Taxis to popular attractions cost only around 10–15 RMB each, making exploration super affordable and convenient. Back at the hotel, housekeeping went above and beyond—the room was spotless, and they even provided thoughtful baby essentials. A handwritten note with care tips made the stay feel personal and warm. Traveling with little ones can be stressful, but this hotel made it so much easier. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. We’re already planning to return—truly a standout experience.

Shangri-La Hotel Tianjin

Even though it's not a brand-new property, Shangri-La still delivers the reliable luxury I've come to expect. The room was spotless and well-equipped, with plenty of space—especially the executive suite, which had a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa that could easily double as a guest bed. The view from the suite was impressive, offering a great outlook over the city skyline. One of the highlights was access to the Executive Lounge. While the happy hour offerings weren’t extensive, the selection was solid—great for grabbing a bite and a drink after a long day. Overall, the experience was excellent from start to finish. The service, comfort, and attention to detail all reflect the high standards this hotel is known for. Definitely a top-tier choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Grand View Hotel

Staying at Grand View Hotel in Tianjin was an absolutely delightful experience. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro and surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance and tasteful design. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive—always smiling and eager to help, which added a personal touch to the stay. While the facilities aren’t flashy or ultra-modern, everything works perfectly and is kept in excellent condition. Overall, the hotel offers outstanding value for money. Tianjin is such a vibrant and beautiful city, and this stay made my trip even more memorable. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
