I also visited Ba Na Hills and am keeping things low-key this trip. Since it was spontaneous, I didn’t exchange money efficiently—only managed to convert 195,000 KRW into about 3.6 million VND at Cheongju Airport—but it’s enough for my needs. Breakfast at the hotel was surprisingly good; I added extra honey to my yogurt and loved the sweet touch. Overall, a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and quiet moments.

Why even ask if you’re going to force an earlier departure? At 11 AM, we were still enjoying the pool before leaving. Suddenly, the cleaners came in without permission and started insisting on cleaning the pool area, even though we were still using it. We politely refused, but they kept pushing. What made it worse was the fact that there are cameras everywhere—in common areas, near the pool, even in the garden. It felt invasive and uncomfortable knowing strangers could be watching us swim. It’s such a shame because the property is truly beautiful. But constant pushy messages from management, lack of respect for privacy, and unnecessary stress have left a bad taste. A great place let down by poor handling.
