While they eventually fixed the issues, these are basic expectations for any accommodation—especially one marketed as a premium experience. Taxis to popular attractions cost only around 10–15 RMB each, making exploration super affordable and convenient. Back at the hotel, housekeeping went above and beyond—the room was spotless, and they even provided thoughtful baby essentials. A handwritten note with care tips made the stay feel personal and warm. Traveling with little ones can be stressful, but this hotel made it so much easier. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out.
