My stay at Hilton Guangzhou Baiyun was truly exceptional, especially the Executive Lounge experience. The light snacks and beverages were outstanding—far beyond my expectations and definitely among the top tier of five-star hotels in Guangzhou. The pool area is fantastic: clean water, well-maintained, and perfect for a refreshing swim—ideal for someone who enjoys swimming. Breakfast leaned slightly toward Western style, but the quality of ingredients and presentation were excellent. Staff were courteous and warm throughout the morning, and I appreciated the complimentary member treats—like the pork siu mai pastry, which was deliciously flaky and flavorful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This was a memorable stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. A solid five-star experience from start to finish.

One moment that stood out: during breakfast, the weather suddenly turned chilly, and sitting by the entrance meant cold air blowing straight through my meal. I casually asked one of the friendly doormen to close the door, and instead of just doing it, he stayed outside, personally greeting guests while keeping the door closed to preserve warmth inside. That kind of proactive care and consideration—balancing comfort with hospitality—is exactly what makes this place special. If you're driving, there's free parking on-site with ample space—no stress searching for a spot. We stayed in the Garden Room, which features a warm, natural wood aesthetic and has some of the tallest ceilings I’ve seen in similar hotels in Guangzhou. The spacious layout feels open and airy, and the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook lush greenery. Waking up to that view first thing in the morning instantly lifts your mood. One of the coolest touches? Food delivery arrives via robot—super convenient. And if your meal gets cold, the room comes with a microwave so you can reheat it right away. Total relaxation mode: unlocked. Service is also top-notch—special shoutout to Dana, who was incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely attentive. She made the stay feel personal and memorable. Honestly, this hotel offers unbeatable value for money in Guangzhou. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a little bit of serenity without breaking the bank, this is the one. Whenever we had questions during our stay, a quick call to reception was met with prompt, courteous responses. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, with plush bedding and high-quality amenities. Breakfast was a real highlight—diverse options including authentic Cantonese dishes that tasted fantastic. Every staff member we encountered was polite, proactive, and seemed genuinely happy to help.
