Then there’s the fines: $100 per incident. Open your sliders or windows? You’re fined. Not wearing a shirt? Fined. Not wearing shoes? Fined. Security literally stood on the boardwalk or beach taking photos of every open window or balcony door. Why would you come to the beach and not open the windows? This wasn’t mentioned upfront—completely misleading. The unit itself was a mess. Dirty, mismatched linens, insufficient towels for four people—we ended up buying new ones at TJ Maxx. Missing closet door, tiles missing in the shower, sharp edges everywhere. I bought a shower mat just to protect our feet. The balcony furniture was ripped and falling apart. The list goes on.
