What really stood out was the breakfast buffet—wide variety of dishes, fresh ingredients, excellent taste, and immaculate hygiene. Parking was easy and convenient, which is always a plus when traveling by car. The hotel is just a short walk from the metro station, making public transit super accessible. Plus, it's located in a vibrant commercial area with tons of restaurants nearby—dining options are endless, whether you're craving local flavors or something more familiar. We felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout our stay. Definitely planning to come back if we visit Kunming again. A fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers.

This has been the most satisfying hotel stay we've ever experienced. The service was exceptional—from the front desk staff who offered to wash, dry, fold, and neatly hang our laundry on the door handle, to the nightly free rice porridge and pickled vegetables served from 9 PM to 11 PM. The porridge was richly flavored and incredibly comforting. There's a foosball table in the lobby that our kids loved playing with, plus complimentary craft kits available for children to enjoy. The front desk also provides small hygiene packs with alcohol wipes, floss, and other essentials—just grab what you need. Breakfast was outstanding: diverse options and fresh fruit that changes daily, all sweet and delicious. Our housekeeping staff were consistently kind and thorough—every time we returned, the room was spotless, amenities fully restocked, and they even noticed we had kids. They quietly added extra child-sized slippers and toothbrushes, even leaving a handwritten note checking if we needed anything else. The room itself was quiet despite being near the street—double-glazed windows blocked out all noise completely. It came equipped with a mini-fridge, smart toilet, and a voice assistant ("Xiao Du Xiao Du") that made everything super convenient. Free drinks like Jianli Bao, AD Calcium Milk, and little snacks were stocked in the room—our kids asked multiple times if we could get more! The only minor wish? A free satellite movie channel would be a nice upgrade since the current TV offers only basic channels and paid films. But honestly, with everything else going so well, this is already an incredible value. We’d definitely come back.

The hotel itself has a clean and welcoming atmosphere, with excellent service and thoughtful details throughout. The bed was just the right firmness—comfortable enough to sleep soundly through the night without any discomfort. I woke up feeling refreshed and energized.
