For a hotel claiming to offer a boutique experience, the lack of basic services like running water is unacceptable. The absence of reliable support during an emergency situation made the entire experience frustrating and stressful. I sincerely hope management addresses these critical issues—otherwise, it’s hard to recommend this property to others.
