The only minor suggestions: there’s a bit of room for improvement in water supply—more bottles or easier access to refills would boost comfort. Also, while the carpet was clean, it looked slightly dull; upgrading the cleaning or considering a refresh might better match the hotel’s premium feel. To be honest, we also stayed at other hotels during this trip—including Jinzhou New World and Qinhuangdao Shangri-La—but none matched the level of thoughtfulness, warmth, and proactive service we experienced here. This wasn’t just good hospitality—it felt human. We’re already planning our next visit to Shenyang, and New World will definitely be our first choice. Even though the occupancy seemed higher than previous visits, the service remained top-notch—no drop in quality at all. We were especially thrilled to meet Lynn, a familiar face who greeted us with warmth and care. She upgraded our room without hesitation, included a complimentary breakfast for our child, and even arranged a late check-out until 2 PM. Every detail was thoughtfully handled. This stay was truly memorable and worth every penny. Definitely planning to return.
