The moment I opened the door, I was greeted by a spacious, bright room with everything perfectly arranged—bedding and bathroom spotless, down to the last detail. What really stood out was the in-room humidifier; as someone from a warmer climate used to more humidity, it made a huge difference during the dry winter heat. A special thanks to the front desk staff, Chloe (Chu Ci), who listened patiently to my concerns and helped resolve them with genuine care—her kindness warmed my heart. Even when my room key and power card were mismatched, the housekeeping team noticed right away and proactively contacted the front desk to fix it, saving me a lot of hassle. Though I only stayed one night, the level of hospitality and attention to detail left an unforgettable impression. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a warm, welcoming experience that made me feel truly at home in Shenyang. I’ll definitely be back.
