We messaged the front desk via WeChat for a few requests, and responses were lightning-fast. Housekeeping was incredibly attentive—even when we asked for two cleanings in one day, they happily obliged without hesitation. The laundry room is well-equipped with four washers and four dryers, and there’s a handy card system where you can hand your clothes to the staff—they’ll wash and return them to your room. Super convenient! Food delivery also arrived quickly, never left sitting at the front desk for ages. When the robot was busy, staff would personally deliver it—such thoughtful service. My dad and I were both blown away by how exceptional this stay was. If we ever come back to Shenyang, this hotel will be our first choice.
