We’ve been returning to Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa for three years now, and it just keeps getting better. The property is beautifully maintained—lush landscaping, sparkling pools, and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our rooms were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and attentiveness. The only small note is that the windows don’t have blackout curtains—just adjustable shades that don’t fully block out sunlight. This means we tend to wake up early when the sun comes up, but it’s a minor trade-off for such a fantastic stay. Overall, the resort delivers incredible value, especially being so close to Universal Studios. We’ll definitely be back again next year.

While there’s just one on-site restaurant, the food was excellent — especially the mahi tacos and funnel cake fries, which became instant favorites. And being just minutes from major attractions like Disney and Universal Studios makes exploring so easy. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this place delivers. We had such a wonderful time that we’re already planning our return trip!

It's spacious, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing—perfect for unwinding after a busy day at the parks. For the price and location, this is definitely one of the best pools I’ve experienced in Orlando. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for comfort and convenience near Disney.
