This stay completely exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, with comfortable bedding that made for a restful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive—always smiling and ready to help without being intrusive. Breakfast was fantastic: a wide variety of options including both Western and local favorites, all fresh and well-prepared. What really stood out was the 24-hour coffee station—perfect for late-night cravings or early-morning wake-ups. Even better, they offered late-night snacks after 10 PM, which came in super handy during my extended travel schedule. Located right on West Nanjing Road, it’s incredibly convenient for exploring Shanghai’s shopping and cultural hotspots, yet the hotel itself remained peaceful and quiet, making it a true oasis in the city. The facilities are in excellent condition, and cleanliness is top-notch throughout. This is one of the best value stays I’ve had in Shanghai—I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

My stay at this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. I booked the terrace room, and the moment I opened the curtains, I was greeted by a stunning view of golden ginkgo trees — absolutely breathtaking. The hotel has a traditional aesthetic in its interior design, but the facilities feel modern and well-maintained. I originally chose it just because it's directly across from Shanghai Conservatory of Music for convenience during exam season, but ended up loving every minute of my stay. Room 215 features a private bathroom with excellent water pressure — super comfortable. I even managed to take some artistic photos of my daughter that turned out beautifully. The location is perfect — close to public transit and quiet enough to relax. A great value and a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Walking out of the metro station and turning the corner brings you right to the door—super convenient. The hotel is just steps away from Xujiahui Cathedral and Xujiahui Library, with luxury shopping hubs like Hongkong Plaza and Meiluo City nearby. If you're heading to Shanghai Stadium or Sports Arena for a concert, it's only one stop on the metro—or even easier, a short walk or bike ride away. This A.T.HOUSE property has that modern art vibe I love. The second-floor afternoon tea lounge and late-night dining spot are both stylish and inviting. The pastries are delicious, and the chicken soup wontons as well as the pork-filled dumplings are seriously satisfying. I was originally booked into a room type that wasn’t available yet, but the team kindly upgraded me to a Premium Suite—huge upgrade in space, view, and design. Everything felt thoughtfully curated. I ordered fresh fruit platters after my concert, and they arrived at my door in no time. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the service throughout was top-notch. Even at check-out, they handed me a lovely souvenir—a large record-shaped biscuit box that’s both cute and tasty. If there’s another concert in town, this will be my go-to hotel again.

I’ve passed by this hotel countless times while commuting, always dreaming of staying here—and finally made it happen. The moment I stepped into the grand lobby with its soaring ceiling and dazzling crystal chandelier, I knew this was going to be special. The property sits on nearly 60,000 square meters of private garden, making it feel like a hidden European estate right in the heart of bustling Shanghai. From the very first greeting, the service was exceptional—Esther from front desk went above and beyond: upgraded our room, offered a two-hour late check-out without hesitation, and even shared her WeChat for easy communication. That kind of personal touch is rare. Breakfast was an absolute highlight—huge variety, beautifully presented. From freshly steamed dim sum and handmade noodles to a wide selection of breads, oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and even ice cream, every detail was thoughtfully curated. But what truly stole the show was the garden. Lush green lawns, mature trees casting dappled sunlight, historic buildings nestled among foliage—perfect for quiet strolls or Instagram-worthy shots. Every corner feels like a scene from a film. The pool is clean and refreshingly salty—almost like swimming in the sea! Plus, there are two hot tubs nearby, perfect for unwinding. The changing rooms are spacious, with full amenities including a sauna, steam room, and even a lounge area with TV where you can just lie back and relax. This might be the most comfortable five-star experience I’ve ever had. Security staff were friendly and attentive throughout, adding to that welcoming, home-away-from-home feeling. It was an unforgettable New Year’s getaway—serene, elegant, and utterly luxurious.
