Hotel Flamencos Centro Histórico

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Hotel Flamencos Centro Histórico. The night staff and concierge were incredibly attentive and responsive—so helpful and quick to assist! During the day, a front desk agent even helped me translate phrases for buying medicine, which was such a relief given my limited Spanish. The only minor issue was when housekeeping knocked on the door despite seeing the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. I had already placed my trash outside with the bag tied up and clearly indicated I didn’t want any disturbance, especially since my mom was sleeping. It would’ve been great if they’d respected that sign more consistently. Overall, though, the experience was fantastic—great location, quiet atmosphere, and super convenient access to public transit and nearby attractions. The service, cleanliness, and value all make this a top choice for anyone visiting Mexico City. Definitely coming back!

I was warmly greeted by Reyna upon arrival—her friendly and attentive service made our check-in smooth and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel delivers comfort and convenience without compromise. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Mexico City.

Hotel Villa del Mar

I stayed for a couple of days at Hotel Villa del Mar and absolutely loved it. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the city center, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms were spotless, quiet, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day out. What really stood out was the great value for money—everything from the amenities to the service felt top-notch. I’d definitely stay here again if I ever return to Mexico City.

Mala Vecindad Centro Historico

Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was genuine—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was immaculately clean, spotless from top to bottom, and the bedding felt cozy and fresh. I appreciated the warm welcome and the thoughtfulness throughout my stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the historic district, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and attractions. It’s rare to find such a high level of service combined with cleanliness and convenience. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Hotel Juarez

Hotel Juarez is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Mexico City. The location is convenient and easy to access, especially if you're relying on public transit. I called ahead one day before check-in and was greeted with warm, helpful service—my questions were answered promptly, which made the whole process stress-free. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that add to the comfort. I truly felt at home during my stay. It’s definitely a place I’d return to on any future trip to CDMX. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

Umbral, a Curio Collection by Hilton

The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but overall it's a great stay. The lobby has a stylish design with a cozy vibe, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—especially the bed, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. Even though it's not right in the city center, it's easy to get around via metro, and the value for money is excellent. Definitely considering coming back.

Hotel Zocalo Central

Staying at Hotel Zocalo Central was an absolute delight. The location couldn’t be better—right next to the Metropolitan Cathedral and Constitution Square, so exploring the heart of Mexico City was as easy as stepping outside. I loved the charming, vintage-inspired design of the hotel—it felt authentic and full of character. The rooms were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond with their hospitality. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. One highlight? Free snacks and drinks available throughout the day—such a nice touch! The only thing to note is that toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers aren’t provided, so it’s worth bringing your own. But honestly, that’s a small trade-off for such a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a great vibe in the city center, this place is a must-book.

Gran Hotel Ciudad de México Zócalo View

Staying at this historic hotel was an absolute highlight of my trip to Mexico City. Housed in a beautifully restored 1890s shopping arcade, the building itself feels like stepping into another era—especially with the original elevator still running and the stunning stained-glass ceilings imported from France back then. The location is unbeatable: right on Zócalo Square, so every morning I could enjoy the flag-raising ceremony from my balcony—a truly unforgettable moment. What stood out most was the service. Every staff member—from front desk to concierge, housekeeping, and restaurant team—knew my name and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. It’s rare to find such personal attention combined with such rich history and charm. This place isn’t just a hotel; it’s an experience. A true gem in the heart of the city, and one of the best values I’ve ever experienced.

Historico Central Hotel

Absolutely worth five stars! The only thing I’d suggest improving is the breakfast selection—it could be more generous, especially since this is a five-star hotel. One egg per person felt a bit sparse for such a high-end property. However, everything else was outstanding. The room was incredibly comfortable, thoughtfully laid out, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped. Unlimited water, plus complimentary snacks, coffee, and beverages throughout the day made it feel like a real treat. Location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk to Constitution Square, surrounded by amazing dining options. The hotel itself is a beautifully preserved historic building with great character and charm. Staff at the front desk and business service were professional, friendly, and helpful—they even assisted me with bus tickets and communicated in Spanish when needed. Overall, an exceptional stay with excellent value and a memorable atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Holiday Inn Mexico Dali Airport

I always stay here whenever I visit Mexico City, and it never disappoints. The breakfast buffet is outstanding—fresh, diverse, and full of local flavors that really make the morning special. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, making the entire experience feel personal and welcoming. The free shuttle to the airport is a game-changer—it saves so much time and stress, especially when traveling with luggage. The restaurant has been recently renovated, and the new design gives it a modern, cozy vibe with great lighting and comfortable seating. It’s now an even more enjoyable spot for meals. Plus, the pricing is very fair for the quality and location. For a hotel this convenient, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, the value is unbeatable. I’ll definitely be back.

Fiesta Americana Viaducto Aeropuerto

The stay was excellent overall—great location, just a short walk to the airport and super convenient for travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and professional throughout our visit. The only minor issue was that room service never arrived after we ordered, but everything else was top-notch. From check-in to checkout, the experience was seamless and highly recommended. Definitely worth staying again.

Downtown Mexico

Paulina and Roberto stayed at this hotel and were impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. However, they noted that the bathroom was only separated by curtains, which felt a bit lacking in privacy—something they’d recommend improving. They also mentioned the room lighting was quite dim, making the space feel dark overall; upgrading the lighting would greatly enhance the ambiance. Despite these minor concerns, they appreciated the convenient downtown location and found the overall value to be excellent. A solid choice for travelers seeking a Design Hotels™ experience in Mexico City.
