The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a luxurious feel throughout, living up to its five-star reputation. I especially want to thank Mei Ling at reception—her professionalism and warm attitude made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it truly elevated our experience. Definitely a place I’d return to on future visits to Beijing.
