I'm from out of town, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back is the convenient parking. The stay was incredibly comfortable—clean rooms with excellent ventilation, spacious layouts both upstairs and downstairs. Location-wise, it's super easy to get around, and the price is very reasonable for the quality. I come to Northeast China every summer to escape the heat, and the cool weather here is perfect. This is already my fourth consecutive year staying at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. The owner is so warm and welcoming—feels like family from the moment you walk in. What a lucky coincidence! The hotel is actually located within a large, serene park, offering a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The rooms are quiet, with clean air and excellent sound insulation—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Best of all, it's just a short walk to Sun Island Scenic Area and Polar Park, so we didn’t need to rely on transportation. Everything was convenient, well-maintained, and beautifully situated. Our stay exceeded expectations—this place truly delivers comfort, location, and value. I’d definitely come back.

Everything was thoughtfully included: single-use towels, toilet seat covers, and plenty of other amenities. At The Ritz-Carlton, they take care of it all upfront, which made my stay so much smoother. And then there’s David, my personal concierge—extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He recommended Sakura Terrace, a Japanese restaurant that perfectly matched my partner’s taste. The owner actually mentioned he was grateful for the recommendation from the hotel, which speaks volumes about their local partnerships. I booked through the platform because the Marriott app didn’t suit my style, but regardless of booking channel, The Ritz-Carlton remains the gold standard in luxury hospitality.
