On the 4th floor, there’s a chocolate art workshop where you can craft your own custom chocolate souvenir. The 5th floor houses a chocolate museum featuring giant chocolate sculptures—absolutely Instagram-worthy. Don’t miss the M&M-themed desserts at COCO Castle Restaurant. The rooms are quiet, with clean air and excellent sound insulation—perfect for a good night’s sleep. Best of all, it's just a short walk to Sun Island Scenic Area and Polar Park, so we didn’t need to rely on transportation. Everything was convenient, well-maintained, and beautifully situated. Our stay exceeded expectations—this place truly delivers comfort, location, and value. I’d definitely come back.

Everything was thoughtfully included: single-use towels, toilet seat covers, and plenty of other amenities. The robot-delivered room service was a real highlight — not only convenient but also very safe and efficient. No need to worry about contact during check-in or meal delivery. Even at the same price point, most properties don’t proactively explain room amenities or benefits—some guests end up missing perks because staff forget to apply them. At The Ritz-Carlton, they take care of it all upfront, which made my stay so much smoother. And then there’s David, my personal concierge—extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He recommended Sakura Terrace, a Japanese restaurant that perfectly matched my partner’s taste. The owner actually mentioned he was grateful for the recommendation from the hotel, which speaks volumes about their local partnerships. I booked through the platform because the Marriott app didn’t suit my style, but regardless of booking channel, The Ritz-Carlton remains the gold standard in luxury hospitality.
