The front desk is located on the second floor, and my room was on the third floor, where I also found a laundry room—washing costs $4, drying another $4. You’ll need to get coins from the front desk to use the machines, so keep that in mind. Breakfast is mostly Western-style with no Chinese options, but it’s satisfying and fills you up well if you’re rushing to catch a flight. Overall, great value, excellent location, and easy access to downtown via public transit. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Auckland.
