My wife and I stayed at Park Hyatt Shanghai for one night, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The café on the 87th floor is a real gem; sitting there with a view of the Huangpu River was unforgettable. The front desk staff were equally welcoming and efficient, creating a seamless check-in experience. From start to finish, the level of hospitality was outstanding.
