The housekeeping staff were professional and polished, with subtle makeup and elegant earrings, reflecting the hotel’s attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt relaxed, luxurious, and welcoming. It truly felt like a getaway, even if it was just a short trip. If you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a serene escape, this hotel is absolutely worth it.

The view from the room was stunning—especially in the morning when the sun rose over the sea. It’s such a peaceful way to start the day. Plus, everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, convenience stores, shopping malls, and cafes. The entire experience felt convenient, comfortable, and truly worth every penny. Highly recommended for travelers who value both comfort and accessibility.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially the staff attitude. A middle-aged female employee was very cold and unresponsive—when I asked questions, she barely acknowledged me, making the experience feel unwelcoming. The breakfast options were incredibly limited: just toast and instant noodles with no variety or quality. For a hotel in Busan, this is unacceptable. While the location is convenient—close to the subway and within walking distance of the beach and city center—the overall value doesn’t justify the price. I’ve stayed at many hotels before, but this one definitely won’t be on my list again. If they want to improve, they need to focus on both guest service and food offerings.
