Staff went above and beyond—my luggage was delivered straight to my room without any request for tips, which felt genuinely thoughtful. The housekeeping staff were professional and polished, with subtle makeup and elegant earrings, reflecting the hotel’s attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt relaxed, luxurious, and welcoming. It truly felt like a getaway, even if it was just a short trip. If you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a serene escape, this hotel is absolutely worth it.

We chose Gwangalli as our vacation destination, and this hotel was the first one that came to mind when searching for accommodation. The location is fantastic—while many might not have heard of Dae-won Station, it’s actually perfectly situated between Busan Station and popular spots like Gwangbokri and Haeundae. Getting to either place is super convenient. The street around the hotel is mostly guesthouses, but MU:TE Hotel stands out with its fresh renovation. Self-check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the room itself feels brand new—stylish, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Even the toilet has automatic features, which adds a nice touch of modern comfort. The real highlight? Free access to Netflix, TVING, Disney+, and YouTube—no extra fees, no worries. For anyone who loves streaming, this is a game-changer. The only minor downside is that check-in starts at 6 PM (7 PM on weekends), and late check-out costs 10,000 KRW per hour. But honestly, we easily stayed an extra three hours just relaxing—worth every won. Definitely coming back for another stay!
